  • Tomato paste
  • Baby spinach
  • Dried herbs and spices: Dried oregano, dried basil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper

  2. Remove the turkey mixture from the pan and proceed to sauté your chosen vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper, and onion) in a bit of olive or avocado oil until they're tender. Season accordingly.
