  • Cauliflower florets
  • Broth and water (for boiling)
  • Garlic
  • Butter (can be swapped with olive oil if preferred)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh chopped herbs (for garnish)

    • Place the cauliflower florets in a large pot.
