Detailed Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Warm tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and other toppings for serving
